1,000 Hits...Again

Hey SCU,

We've crossed the threshold. Which threshold you ask?

South County United has now officially hit over 1,000 hits on YouTube for BOTH of our 48hfp films. That isn't by any means an official benchmark, but I'm still pretty excited and I hope y'all are too.

We did get a nasty comment from some "TLONG2294" person (...whatever), who thought our 2010 film was 'less than stellar'. He or She can have her fun, I don't care. Both of our films made the "Best of DC" round of contention, and we can hang our head's high and brag about that to anyone who asks.

2011 will prove to be an even better year. We have a cast and crew who is thirsty for a spot in that elusive top-12 ranking. And we WILL get there.

We have ten months to wait, but get psyched, South County United!!! It will be here before we know it.

Over 1,000 Hits!!!

Hey SCU, just in case you haven't seen our rudimentary film from 2009 in a while, we just FINALLY reached the 1,000+ hit milestone on YouTube!!!! Our "Behind the Cornhole" film officially has 1,003 views as of tonight (Saturday, June 5, 2010).

And, NOOOOOO, I haven't watched it several hundred times this week to get us there.

Meanwhile, "High as a Kite" is at the 800+ mark so we have a hundred-and-some more views to get to that elusive mark that Cornhole has hit, but I know we'll get there, team. It took Cornhole over a year to hit that 1,000+ mark but after only one month online, we're in reach of the same threshold for our 2010 film.

In 2011, I fully suspect we'll have 1,000+ hits in the first week. Watch out, competitors, we're out for blood in 2011.
