They have a new workshop planned for this year with lessons on Filmmaking and Secrets to a Successful 48 Hour Film. It's Sunday April 18th if anyone is interested. It's taught be award-winning 48hfp filmmakers. Details about cost and curriculum will be announced soon so I'll update you all when that email comes out. I have it on my calendar to try and attend, depending on how much it costs and what else might be going on that weekend.
They are also having a mass-audition casting call called Stonehenge on Sunday, March 28th. They show monologues delivered on screen from about 120 actors/actresses who are interested in being cast in a 48hfp. Sounds interesting, do you guys think it's something we should attend? We still don't have any females interested in acting, do we? The event is $20 for two people to attend. It might be worth it to go check it out, even if we don't use any of the people we see audition?
